Currently 1.8 million people live in nursing homes where their life revolves around the schedule of the staff and the structure of the nursing home. In our Small Cottage life is rooted in a philosophy that recognizes the uniqueness of the individual and honors the universal need for human warmth and companionship. Elder Assistants understand that no individual wants to live in an environment that focuses solely on their frailty, and so quality of life becomes our Small Cottage focus.
