Our goal is to support the medical and comfort needs of our patients and families in a peaceful and safe environment surrounded by family and friends. We understand this is a very difficult time for patients and families and we will strive to provide the best care for everyone involved to best meet the needs. Our care is a holistic approach with focus on physical, spiritual, social and emotional needs. We also believe that the patient and family are a valuable part of our team and know the needs better than anyone. We are committed to meeting those needs as the patient and family define them and to listening, offering choices, and caring day by day. We take pride in our hospice care team members. Each one of them is compassionate and dedicated to the profession they have chosen. They are all highly educated in hospice care and they have all participated in an intensive Hillcrest Hospice Care orientation and on-going education programs. Hillcrest Hospice Care has received accreditation from the Accreditation Commission for Health Care, Inc. (ACHC). |
